With Dorian finally on his way past us, I thought it would be good to reconnect with everyone about what is coming up this weekend.
We’re going to need all hands on deck this weekend because it’s an incredibly important one! We are officially 10 days away from launch!
Here’s everything coming up that you’ll need to know about as a launch team.
Run-Through Service This Sunday (Duval Charter) Setup Starts At 7:15
This Sunday is our run-through service to make sure everything is working as we want it to on Launch Day.
Here are the important times to know for the day:
- Setup, worship, and production team arrives at 7:15a
- All other team members arrive at 9:00a
- Team worship gathering will begin at 10:30a
We will be setting everything up, putting the team into positions, and testing important equipment. We will wrap up with a short, team-only worship gathering where I will share a quick message with everyone about next week.
Saturate Outreach Event This Saturday @ 8:30
This Saturday we will be participating in a city-wide outreach effort to share the gospel by hanging door hanger packets on doors in Bartram Park.
We have 2,000 packets to pack out and we need all the help we can get!
We will be gathering at my and Amanda’s house at 6152 High Tide Blvd at 8:30. We will gather to pray together, pass out maps and supplies, and finalize the plan for the morning!

Trailer Packing After Saturate @ 2:00 (City.HQ)
We were not able to pack the trailer this past week due to uncertainty with Hurricane Dorian. Fortunately, Flag is allowing us to haul over a few things on Saturday and prep for our run-through day this Sunday!
I’m going to need a few people (4-5) that can help Pastor Phillip and I pack the trailer and unload the items at the school. We will be able to do a few things that will make setup on Sunday be way easier for the team.
