FAQ

What ages do you have environments for?

We provide environments for kids from infancy through elementary school. Each space is designed to be age-appropriate, safe, and engaging so your child can feel comfortable and cared for.

How does check-in work?

When you arrive, a team member will help you check in your child and show you exactly where to go. You’ll receive a secure pickup tag, and we’ll walk with you through the process so everything feels simple and clear on your first visit.

What if my child is nervous?

That’s completely normal. Our team is experienced in helping kids feel comfortable at their own pace. You’re always welcome to stay with your child for a few minutes as they get settled, and we’ll work with you to make the transition feel as smooth as possible.

What if my child has allergies or specific needs?

We want to care for your child well. You can let our team know about any allergies or specific needs at check-in, and we’ll do our best to create a safe and thoughtful environment for them.

Can my child stay with me in the service?

Absolutely. Your child is always welcome to stay with you in the gathering. Our kids environments are available if you’d like to use them, but there is no pressure—do what feels best for your family.

What time should we arrive on our first visit?

We recommend arriving about 10–15 minutes early. This gives you time to check in your child, meet their leader, and get settled without feeling rushed.

Will someone help us when we arrive?

Yes. We’ll have team members ready to welcome you, answer your questions, and walk you through everything—from check-in to finding your seat. You won’t be left to figure it out on your own.

What if my child doesn’t want to stay?

If your child is having a hard time, we’ll work with you to decide what’s best. You’re always welcome to bring them into the service with you, and we’ll never force a situation that doesn’t feel right for your child.
