Guys – Launch day is THIS SUNDAY!
Amanda and I are so incredibly excited about what God’s going to do and so thankful for all that you have been pouring out to help prepare the way for our community to experience Jesus!
This weekend is going to be the first time we’ve had a public service and I wanted to cover a few important to know items for everyone on the team.
Setup/Takedown Info
We have been given the okay to be in the school the Saturday for a few hours. Primarily the production/worship team is going to be setting up everything and making sure everything works correctly, but Amanda and I will also be there preparing some of the other areas.
– If you are available on Saturday from 1:00 – 3:00, let me know and we can potentially knock out a lot of the setup before the team even comes in on Sunday!
– Sunday setup team huddle will begin at 7:15 with the school being opened at 7:30.
– Setup on launch day is going to be “All-Hands-On-Deck”. So if you are available, please join us! We want to be set up with plenty of time to rest and welcome people that are coming for the first time.
– Takedown is going to happen 15 minutes after the conclusion of service. The team will meet in the auditorium 15 minutes after service for directions and then will break from there.
– Donna Bostic and Pastor Phillip will be helping lead the takedown process.
Worship/Production Team
We have been allowed into the school this Saturday in order to do setup on a few areas. If you are on the worship team, it would be amazing if you could be there so we could test things and leave Sunday open fully to rehearsing!
Saturday Setup will be from 1:00-3:00 at the school.
On Sunday – the team will be meeting at 7:15 at the school.
All Serve Team Members Info
If you are serving in ANY capacity on Sunday, please plan to join us in the lobby area at 9:30. We will have a brief team huddle to prepare for the day and will be out and ready to welcome those worshipping with us by 9:55.
Join Us At Revival Night This Thursday Night – Team-Shirts!
This Thursday, we will be joining with San Marco at Southside Baptist church at 6:30 for our final prayer night of the 21 days of prayer and fasting.
I’d love to see you there is you are able! We will be praying over the launch day and it’ll be a powerful night. We will also be passing out team shirts!! You won’t want to miss it!
Lastly – Remember to be prayed up and excited about what God is going to do!
